Terms & privacy
Effective 24 July 2026
designtior is a limited beta. Keep an exported copy of important projects. Features, storage, and availability may change while the product is being tested.
Beta terms
You may use designtior to create and evaluate interior-design projects. You retain rights in content you upload and designs you create. You give designtior permission to process and store that content only to operate, secure, support, and improve the service.
The service is provided as a beta without a promise of uninterrupted availability. Do not use it for safety-critical construction decisions; verify measurements, code compliance, structure, utilities, and purchasing decisions with qualified professionals.
You are responsible for your access credential and activity under it. designtior may suspend access or remove content to protect users, control abuse or cost, comply with law, or keep the service reliable.
Privacy
designtior processes project documents, project names, uploaded or generated images and models, generation prompts, technical identifiers, request and job metadata, and diagnostic events. This data is used to provide saves and generation, recover failures, prevent abuse, diagnose incidents, and operate the beta.
Service providers may process data for hosting, object storage, database, monitoring, and AI generation. designtior does not sell personal data or use private project content for advertising. Operational logs exclude project documents, prompts, image bytes, signed URLs, and credentials.
Active projects and final assets remain until deletion. Source images and failed-job temporary objects are normally removed after seven days; operational logs, job metadata, soft deletes, and backups are normally retained for up to 30 days. A legal or security obligation may require a longer hold.
Acceptable use
Only upload content you have the right to use. Do not generate or upload illegal, exploitative, hateful, deceptive, privacy-invasive, malicious, or rights-infringing material. Do not evade access, safety, rate, queue, or spend controls; probe other users' data; disrupt the service; or use generated output to impersonate or defraud.
Generation may be refused, delayed, or disabled. Report suspected abuse through the support page with the relevant project or asset identifier; do not send the underlying private content by email.
Export and deletion
You can export the active project as JSON from the studio. To request deletion or a copy of server-held beta data, use the support path and include the project identifier. Access is removed promptly; recoverable backups and soft-deleted records expire on the retention schedule.
