Before contacting support
Export your project JSON if the studio still opens. Keep the request ID shown by an error and the project, asset, or generation-job identifier.
Contact
The beta operator must configure and publish its staffed support and security contact before inviting external users. If no contact appears in your invitation, reply to the person who issued your beta access.
What to expect
Include the time, browser version, safe identifier, and what you expected. Security or abuse reports are triaged first. Deletion requests are verified before project or asset access is removed.
